Shipping & Returns Policy

At NOPAL LIFE, we pay special attention to the preparation, shipping, and tracking of each order, to offer you a smooth, reliable, and premium shopping experience.

 

1. Delivery Zones

NOPAL LIFE delivers to the European countries offered at the time of ordering on the website.

The countries actually available for delivery are those displayed during the checkout process. If a country is not offered at checkout, it means that delivery to that country is not available at that time.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Standard delivery is free for purchases of €80 or more on www.nopal-life.com.

For any order under €80, applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final order validation.

Any specific costs related to certain destinations, delivery methods, or particular constraints are indicated to the customer before order confirmation.

 

3. Preparation and Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are generally between two (2) and seven (7) business days, depending on the destination country, from the date of shipment, unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

These times are provided as an indication. They may vary depending on the delivery country, periods of high activity, carriers, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances beyond NOPAL LIFE's control.

 

4. Order Tracking

When a tracking service is available, the customer may receive a shipping confirmation email containing useful information for tracking their order.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery information provided during the order. NOPAL LIFE cannot be held responsible for any delay, delivery failure, or package return due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unusable address.

 

5. Order Receipt

Upon receipt, the customer is invited to check the apparent condition of the package and the delivered products.

In case of a damaged package, missing, deteriorated, or manifestly non-compliant product, the customer is invited to:

make any necessary reservations with the carrier, if applicable;

keep the package, products, and any useful items;

contact NOPAL LIFE as soon as possible at the following address: service-client@nopal-life.com.

This process does not deprive the customer of their legal rights.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions applicable to distance selling, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify NOPAL LIFE of their decision before the expiration of the withdrawal period, by email or mail, to the following address:

The customer must then return the products concerned without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following the sending of their decision to withdraw.

 

7. Return Conditions

Returned products must be sent back to the following address:

Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be put back into circulation, with any accessories and, if possible, in their original packaging.

The customer may handle the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. However, their liability may be engaged if the product is depreciated as a result of handling beyond what is necessary.

 

8. Return Costs

Unless an error is attributable to NOPAL LIFE, a non-compliant product, a product damaged upon receipt, or a defect covered by legal guarantees, the direct return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

When the return is justified by a preparation error, non-conformity, or a damaged product received, NOPAL LIFE will specify to the customer the applicable support arrangements.

 

9. Refunds

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, NOPAL LIFE will refund the sums paid for the products concerned, as well as, if applicable, the initial standard delivery costs, under the conditions provided by law.

The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which NOPAL LIFE is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.

NOPAL LIFE may defer the refund until the returned products are recovered or until receipt of proof of shipment, the date taken being that of the first of these facts.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another refund method and provided that no additional costs are charged to them.

 

10. Products Excluded from Return Under Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain goods, particularly for products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Consequently, when a cosmetic or similar product is subject to a hygiene or security seal, its opening or unsealing after delivery may prevent the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

11. Returns for Damaged Product, Error, or Non-Conformity

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the customer is invited to contact NOPAL LIFE without delay in case of:

receipt of a damaged product;

receipt of a product not conforming to the order;

preparation error;

defect likely to fall under legal guarantees.

In this case, the request must be sent to: service-client@nopal-life.com.

NOPAL LIFE will then inform the customer of the applicable return procedure according to the nature of the reported problem.
