Product Compliance & Safety
A product through which your shower water flows deserves more than just a marketing blurb. Here, document by document, is what we require and what you can consult.
Our Commitments
- General Product Safety: Our products comply with the European General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, applicable since December 2024): identified responsible economic operator in the EU, traceability by lot number, instructions and warnings in French.
- Materials: Material certificates and suitability for water contact provided by the manufacturer. [Certificates references published here upon final supplier selection.]
- Filtration Performance: Chlorine reduction and sediment filtration documented by test reports. [Laboratory and report numbers published here before sales open.] We claim nothing that is not included in these reports.
- Identification: Each lot is traced; the lot number is on the packaging.
What We Do Not Claim
No medical promises, no "100% anti-limescale," no "potable water," no cures. A shower filter is a comfort product and a beauty routine — that's already a lot, provided we are honest.
