How can I identify natural CoQ10 on a label?
On the INCI ingredient list, it always appears as "Ubiquinone" — or "Ubiquinol" for the reduced form — regardless of whether its source is fermentation or chemical synthesis. There is no regulatory requirement to distinguish between the two origins. Therefore, the only available information is what the brand provides in its description: look for explicit mention of obtaining it through fermentation. A brand that is silent on this point most often uses the less expensive version.
How long before I see results?
Allow 4 to 6 weeks of regular use for the first visible signs: improved complexion radiance and refined skin texture. The evolution of apparent firmness and the appearance of fine lines requires 8 to 12 weeks, with 2 applications per day.
